I thought it would be good to offer a range of free hypnosis tracks to benefit the Googler, to show how I work and why online hypno-psychotherapy might be something that would help you, so why not try it?

To listen to a nearly fifty-minute sleep hypnosis track, please click here (just never do anything other than relaxing, laying or sitting doing nothing, just listening, never driving)!

The truth about hypnosis is that it has many psychological and psychological benefits, as a natural trance. Huffington Post gives a good review on just five benefits, including reducing anxiety, physiological symptoms and promote deep sleep.

In that sense, the subtle art of suggestion, to enable inner focus and relaxing can be natural and inspiring. The suggestions I use and weave into sessions with clients allow you to drift away, whilst allowing the mind a receptive space to restore, rest and relax.

Resilience is what gives people the psychological strength to cope with stress as a mental reservoir of strength that people are able to call on in times of need to carry them through without falling apart.

I remember years ago when I was a teenager and finding life very difficult as an LGBTQ teen, that through all the violence and adversity I was facing, hypnosis tapes at that time, were all I had to head inwards and be stronger. It was the first time I fell I love with hypnosis, really out of a necessity to survive.

It is why I hope this little gift to the world-wide-web might inspire others to have a listen and perhaps consider contact. Hypnosis to me has often been that space, that inner absorption that enables quietude and deep reflection for a moment. It can change and inspire and its subtlety has many greater impacts for rest, resilience and restoration.
